Hi

I have this very old system running WebFOCUS 4.3.5. I'm getting this error message:
(FOC03703) Warning. Cannot find the IMPORT file : MNTUWS.FOCCOMP :.
(FOC03704) Cannot find the file : MNTUWS.WINFORMS :.

and I have no idea what that means.

I don't expect anyone to be able to tell me exactly what the error is, but if somebody can help me understand what it is about, perhaps I can get a little further.

I have tried looking for the MNTUWS.FOCCOMP and MNTOWS.WINFORMS files, but they do not appear to be on the disk. Perhaps they are part of some binary file?

The MNTUWS file is used by Maintain applications. It contains the Maintain Subroutines like TODAY and TIMLEN. If your application contains the line:

MODULE IMPORT(MNTUWS)

It is looking for that file. It just needs to be somewhere in the app path for the application. I believe back in release 4 it could either be a FEX or an MNT file. If you cannot find the file anywhere on your system, shoot me an e-mail and I can send it to you.
