I have a report which used to take 10mins to run but now it is taking 2hrs to run.
We recently upgrade from JDE 8.10 to JDE 9.
I am not sure if that is the issue.
When I run the report and check the status under Agents, the FOCUS/External IO stays at 0/0.
since I am new the WebFOCUS, I am not sure what troubleshooting steps I need to take.

Has there been any change in your IIS or Apachi server? I had this problem. I bounced my Apachi service; but yoour problem is little different. How long ago did you update your JAVA? Usually low response time can be because of garbage collection interval.

Actually there are only couple of report not all.

You have not given us much information to go on.
With this sort of issue, the more information about your data source and the program, the better.
