I would like to get the report in the following format.

TABLE FILE CAR
SUM DEALER_COST
BY COUNTRY
ACROSS CAR
END

IF YOU SEE THE OUTPUT FOR THE ABOVE FILE, IT WILL BE LIKE

BMW AUDI JAGUAR
ENGLAND 50000 30000 40000
ITALY 45000 25000 35000
FRANCE 50000 30000 40000


NOW I WANT THE REPORT TO BE IN THE FOLLOWING FORMAT,

BMW AUDI JAGUAR RETAILCOST
ENGLAND 50000 30000 40000 25000
ITALY 45000 25000 35000 30000
FRANCE 50000 30000 40000 35000

HOW CAN I ADD A COLUMN AFTER THE ACROSS COLUMN.
