We just upgraded to version 8205 (Windows) and the userid that I've set up for Scheduled Jobs just had its password expire. That's new. Is this a setting in the WF Console now? I can't find it.

If you are using PTH for security then yes that is the setting. Change it to 0 and passwords will not expire. You may have to restart the reporting server for it to take effect.
