I as an Adminstrator was able to see a user's "User's Reports/Custom Reports" until we upgraded form 5.3 to 7.6. This particular user is an "Analytical User", and there are two other similar users that I can still see their reports. They are in the same groups and domains. What else can I check?

Can you see them, if you logon to MR, via the Domain Builder Tab, navigate through the User Management Tree

That was where I used to be able to see them before we upgraded. I can still see one another user's reports and she has the same role and groups and domains.

Could something have gone wrong during the migration. I would contact support and see if they can help you.
