[SOLVED] Unable To Run Stuff
Installed but am unable to run things, even existing production content.

Error: Request process failed

System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index
at
System.ThrowHelper.ThrowArgumentOutOfRangeException(Exception Argument argument, ExceptionResource resource)
at System.Collections.Ge

etc. etc. until it ends:

IBIWebBrowserDrivers_dotnet_35\IBIWebBrowserDrivers_dotnet_35.cs:line1129

Is .net 3.5 not installed? But then I guess nothing would run if that were so.

Oh, I'm running Windows 7

Nothing is coming up on searching IBI Technical content search for the key words in your description.

Maybe try reinstalling. If that doesn't work, consider opening a case for this issue.

There are hits on Google search: IBIWebBrowserDrivers_dotnet_35

Perhaps there's a clue in this document:

Hi Mbondr

I found a case on techsupport that pointed back to a focal point post that solved this problem for another customer.

Most of these solutions involve downloading drivers from Google, which is all cases is - down. I'm hoping it's a transitory problem. I can't do a reinstall until a certain person returns to work, so I'm still here, but stuck for reasons outside the scope of the forum.

Someone dropped by and showed me how to change the default browser, which we changed to IE, and it worked. All of your answers and Google itself pointed ultimately to Chrome. I've tried to download ChromeDriver, but the Google site just leaves you deadlocked. I assume this is a temporary problem, but even if it isn't, I can still move forward on IE. Now I have to figure out how to mark this as solved.

Edit your original post, and in the title/subject just append [Solved] to it.
