I am trying to pull a call file that has over 32 fields. What is the workaround for this being that the maximum field allowed is 32? Also I am trying to put the last 5 gift amounts on one line but being that there is just one field that stores the gift amt, how do I roll up the gifts so its not on 5 different lines? Do you see what I am saying. Is this a loop of some sort?

Tracie

The maximum number of display fields is 1024, the maximum number of sort fields is 32.

To get 5 records onto one line use a McGuyver technique, there have been many examples in this forum.
