Has anyone been able to upload files directly into foccache,?
Hoping to do this from a composer page.
I know it can be done from the the reporting server console, but I need it to be seamless in composer. This message has been edited. Last edited by: FP Mod Chuck,

In the WebFOCUS Web Client I clicked on the Upload Data icon which brings up the upload interface on the reporting server. I created an html form using composer and created a hyperlink using that url request and it appears to work for me after I saved the html document in app studio and ran it from the WebFOCUS web client interface.

Thanks, but the jury is still out until Waz confirms! Yes I believe if the user doesn't have that authority it will not work because it is initiated by the WF Client after the user has logged in.

In your example, does the user get redirected to the reporting server ?
Could you post what you created ?

OK, I've got it working.
Used the action "/ibi_apps/webconsole/IWAYNODE_EDASERVE/webconsole" in the form and the file goes into foccache under an htnnnnnnnnn folder.
Awesome, thanks Chuck.
