Does anyone know if there's a limit to how many Microsoft SQL Data Adapters can be built on one server?

Thanks!
Carol

Maybe I should rephrase this;
We have 64 connections and the 65th fails.
Does anyone have more than 64 of the same kind of connections?

Thanks!

Yes you are correct. The limit today is
64 connections to SqlSrv.
This can be increased if you would like it.
Contact regular IBI support and ask them to arrange the increase.

Just a small clarification.
The 64 connection limit is per each agent.
I have never seen anyone with more than
64 different sql server databases in the same
Focexec.

Gerry,
This case is now in Product Division, thank you
for your input and help! We have many servers and databases here, probably more than most. Your agent solution can help us temporarily.

Again, thanks!

I should clairfy, it's not 64 SQL connections in a focexec, it's 64 SQL connections in edasprof.

Thanks!
