I was hoping that I could pick the brains of all of you out there that have implementations of Visual Discovery. I cannot seem to find a fit for Vis Dis. I was hoping that any of you might be willing to share just what do you use Vis Dis for. It might help get my juices flowing and speed my up some development ideas.

We've had it here for over two years and no one is using it. Doesn't say much for it, does it?

I tried it for one application with train data for my boss but there was too much data. It looked ok though.

Hi dhagen

We are making a complicated dashboard with it. I am using javascript to change data sources and graphs and zoom in to different levels of the data. It is pretty nice but a pain to develop if you want something complicated, like joining tons of data sources.

One warning, I can tell you that the IBI help people are fairly clueless about vis dis. If you use it for a week you will know more than they do. Smiler

Thank you Jodye and Ginny for the replies (not you Francis). I think I wasn't clear with my question. I am familiar with VisDis and how it works, what I'm really looking for is:

- What problem(s) are you using VisDis to solve.
- What is the purpose of the delivery in general.
