The following two messages are appearing multiple times in the catalina.out log file.

[2008-03-05 04:00:35 CST] {FATAL} [WFMRX_DBConnectionHelper] Failed to connect: Server disconnected, cause 32033 Eda state -17
[2008-03-05 04:00:46 CST] {FATAL} [WFMRX_MRSecurityDriver] CONFIGURATION ERROR: getDomainsEnumerationForUserID: Authorization Manager=null

I'm not sure what is causing the problem. The version of tomcat we're using is 5.5.26 due to security bulletins that have recently come out.

A -17 is a security error code on the reporting server. If you look in the iWay API Reference Manual, it will give you a description of all the minus (-) codes.

The second messaged doesn't have an error code associated with it so its difficult to tell what is causing it.

If i'm not mistaken it looks like you're running with security on, specifically with the reporting server. I would probably turn on realm driver tracing and open a case with support.

Thank you to both of you that replied. I'll open a case with support and see where it goes from there.

Thanks!

Has anyone come up with a resolution to this problem? I have a FEX that can run standalone but when I run it from an HTML I get[WFMRX_MRSecurityDriver] CONFIGURATION ERROR: getDomainsEnumerationForUserID: Authorization Manager=null

Take a look at Tech Support case 32542022, "Non admin user:Authorization Manager=null in catalina.out". It appears to be fixed in v7.6.5.
