Is there any function that would always print then field in left aligned format? I m getting some leading spaces in some of the fields i need some function that would always do left alignment for all the fields

If the field is alphanumeric it will automatical left align.
If you have trailing spaces use the piping solution we explained yesterday to redefine a new field.

Buy the manual or download the pdf with all kind of functions
Maybe spend some time in support and education.
