Have you validate that the WF userID and e-mail address provided in Managed Reporting Admin does not contain errors ?

Assuming that you're LDAP reads an AD, the e-mail must match.

WF versions : Prod 8.2.04M gen 33, Dev 8.2.04M gen 33, OS : Windows, DB : MSSQL, Outputs : HTML, Excel, PDF

Hi

Comma is the default value for "password_change_delimiter" , you can not use this character in a password.
In order to change it log-in to your webfocus reporting server console->Access Control -> Settings -> password_change_delimiter
