I have a user that from his computer tries and login's into a dashboard using this link. http://172.16.100.195:10015/ibi_apps/bid-login?
When he logs in he get's the following msg.

Error Number 19107

Severity Error

Description You do not have acces to this group

Possible Causes Not avalible

Actions Contact your administrator
Then on this page he has the links for
Public Views | Login | ViewBuilder Login | Home
If he clicks on the login button and uses the same username and password it work's for him.

Also we have tried this from 3 other computers and we have had no problem's with the login working the first time.

Any help?

I doubt this will work but its worth a shot. Try having him clear his cache in his web browser.

Its a little bit of a long shot, but worth trying. Its solved a lot of my issues in the past.
