Can we download a report in to ACCESS instead of EXCEL or HTML?

1.1. Create CSV/DBF file
1.2. Import/Link it from Access

2. Use ODBC adapter
I don't remember exact syntax, but it is possible to HOLD/MODIFY output to your synonym.
