Administrator privileges for what? Active Directory? Usually, by default, administrators have ALL privileges so there is no setting for that.

AD Authentication (LDAP) on the Reporting Server stores who is an administrator within:
\ibi\profiles\admin.cfg
But I think you've already figured that out based on some of your other posts.
