I need to schedule a report with burst option. Each burst records should go to the corresponding email which also in the table. Thus I'm using the dynamic address list option. This alert works fine with single address. When I choose the dymanic option and locate the FOCEXEC which is returning the burst values and corresponding email address from the same file, at the runtime, I'm getting the "Error retrieving records for distribution list:mpktest THE DESCRIPTION CANNOT BE FOUND FOR FILE NAMED:" message.

Any idea or suggesstions?

Hi Thiru,

Just a thought, I believe your Dynamic Address List FEX needs an associated MFD. Might be that you haven't defined, or aren't referencing it, properly. We do talk about this in the ReportCaster Development & Administration manual, chapter 4.
