We have a regularly scheduled report e-mailed to various users utilizing DRILLMENUITEM.

In normal operation, the recipient can select on the link and have several options to drill into the data.

Every time this scheduled report is run it works, except once.
When a user clicked on the link, the drillmenuitem does not display any options. It doesn't do anything

The users insist that an answer be found, but we have only 1 instance of this happening.

Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon and pass along their observations and solution?

Of course your consideration is greatly appreciated.

What format is the report ?

If its HTML, is there script errors ?

Are the users on the network and have access to the server ?

Waz-
Report ormatted in HTML-We don't let them drill from anything else.
No errors can be found at all.
Yes, they have access to the servers.-Except this one time, they have been able to drill successfully. One task on my list is see if there were any one time hiccups anywhere else on our network.

Sorry, a statistical sample of 1 doesn't provide much direction, but they press anyway.

Your interest is appreciated though.
