Hi,
We have migrated from WF76.11 to WF8.1.04.
users have saved reports in there my content folder. they are not able to open the reports.
When try to access the reports a message comes saying item does not exist.

Note: users are accessing the reports from BID
I am able to copy the shared reports to my content folder. but still not able to view the report.

the reports are in html format.

Please provide some suggestion as this is high priority issue for us.
have raised a case with IBI as well but no response yet.

Thanks Vivek

You can try enabling trace.
Also is admin user able to see all end users saved reports?

This may sound obvious, but are you certain that all the reports have been published?
