I have a multi-page PDF, with multiple reports/charts on each page. We’ve been requested to add functionality to include/exclude an entire page based on a checkbox selection. e.g. only Print pages 1, 2 and 4. The only solution I can think of is to have multiple versions of the compound PDF document, one for each selection criteria. As this application grows and we have more combinations, this solution has the potential of being a maintenance nightmare.

Another thing I tried was suppress the individual fex’s with relativity, but this resulted in a blank page which isn’t acceptable. Does anyone have a different solution before I go down the multiple versions route? Thanks in advance!

Which compound report type is it ?

If it the compound layout type, can you skip over the page, perhaps that is what you already thought of ??

It's a compound document. Are you suggesting I code a GOTO in the text editor to skip over the page? That might work... It would surely break the GUI, so I would probably want to have 2 copies - One with the GOTO's and one without for future maintenance development.

So you use COMPOUND OPEN / CLOSE or COMPOUND LAYOUT / COMPONENT...

The GUI should support -IF GOTO if its not in the middle of a TABLE FILE.

If its COMPOUND LAYOUT, then yes probably two copies.
