Has anyone had any problems getting an .gif to display in a PDF report in the heading ?
I keep getting --
(FOC3202) BAD VALUE IN STYLESHEET FILE AT LINE: 7
in my stylesheet I'm using
TYPE=HEADING, IMAGE=http://fldavwfp01/ibi_html/ib_logo.gif,POSITION=(+6.500000 +10.000000), SIZE=(.5 .5), $

it works if I display output in html but not PDF.

Hi CHERI,

There's an example titled: Adding a GIF Image to a PDF Report in Chapter 26: Laying Out the Report Page in the Creating Reports With WebFOCUS Language Version 5.3 manual (DN4500580.0904), that may be of some to use to you.

Hope this helps,
Jennifer

Cheri,

For PDF you cannot use a URL you must use an absolute directory mapping.
change the style sheet

From
TYPE=HEADING, IMAGE=http://fldavwfp01/ibi_html/ib_logo.gif,POSITION=(+6.500000 +10.000000), SIZE=(.5 .5), $
To
TYPE=HEADING, IMAGE=c:\ibi\WebFocus52\ibi_html\ib_logo.gif,POSITION=(+6.500000 +10.000000), SIZE=(.5 .5), $
