We have recently changed this html file to show some different messages for the errors but we still see the old messages. Once this file is changed to we have to re-cycle the whole server or just IIS and Apache?

The file I modified is:

Drive:/ibi/client534/wfc/etc/enib00e.html

Thats what i was afraid of. It seems like there are multiple copies of the same file in different directories. Fairly confusing.
