Hi. Looking for some direction or help on an issue I have just ignored for sometime but would now like to know if anyone has any ideas. Our Technical Rep was unable to answer and was going to look into it but it was a low priority. In InfoAssist when you get the splash screen of Build a Report / Build a Chart there is also 'Change Default Options'. When our users change their options based on personel preference such as the default option for the type of format for a report or the color themes and hits OK to save and then re-launches InfoAssist none of these preferences save. Is there some Admin security setting that overrides this? Any ideas.

Ran into this issues a lot. Work around solution will be recreate the user profile again and rebuild the user profile will all his Ad-hoc reports. When you open user profile I guess you will see some weird text repeated over & over. IBI provided the patch which resolved this issue and we never noticed issue with Change Default option.

For some reason... Default option in Splash screen do not update the usr file.

Questions:
1. Did you recently upgraded WF?


Prod: WF 7.6.10 windows. -- MRE/Dashboard/Self Service/ReportCaster - Windows XP

Thank YOU! Turns out as you indicated it only affected the users who were originally setup but not all users. Was not aware of that so once we recreate the users this seems to of fix the issue.
