Hi all.

I'm wondering if I have a simple SQL query that I want to run in WF, how do I do that? I'm guessing since WF8, something may have changed.

-**CODE SAMPLE BEGINS
select table.name, table.age
from table
where table.age > 25;
-**CODE SAMPLE ENDS

Thank you P

First you (or your webfocus admin) create a connection to the Oracle tablespace then you create master files for the tables/views you want then you code a TABLE FILE procedure to report on the data in that table/view.

Or if you want to run native queries you can just connect using the connection you created like this:

ENGINE SQLORA SET DEFAULT_CONNECTION <connection name>
SQL SQLORA
<inter SQL code here>;

TABLE FILE SQLOUT
PRINT *
END
-RUN
