So I have a weird scenario with DevStudio that none of the other guys with my group have and I've uninstalled and even installed a later version of DevStudio from 8007 to 8009 and it still occurs. I can run a report/graph/html and it shows up in IE or within dev studio as I've tried both. I then try to run it again after closing the window and nothing happens. I try different reports and still nothing happens. I then sit and wait, then after about 60 seconds of nothing, my mouse cursor starts having this spinning wheel. At this time or any time after, I can run the report again. But I'm back to where I was if I close and try to run again. It's almost like DevStudio is doing something after I close the IE window and is preventing me from running anything until it's done.

Anyone had this or seen issue?

Hi GavinL

This is a friendly follow-up to your question: DevStudio - Run - quits after first run.

The only time I have experienced this type of delay is using remote desktop into another machine. Is this perhaps your situation?

We may need to run some traces to determine the issue and with that it is best to open a case with IBI at
IBI Techsupport.

Let us know a bit more regarding your environment, your version of the Reporting Server and where it resides.

Thanks for the follow up.

I'm not using remote desktop.. I talked to Mona yesterday about it and she has some kind of tool that will reset all my settings, thinking maybe it has a corrupt setting somewhere.
