This is a new error popping up for one of our reports on 8201M.
We have multiple excel reports that do run, even ones with multi-tab outputs. This one however is throwing this error
'(FOC3230) HTTP REQUEST RETURNED ERROR: 404 (EXCELSERVURL)'
Has anyone else run across this when they upgraded from 8105M to 8201M?

Here is the report code:

Larissa,

Try adding
SET EXCELSERVURL = ''
to your program, before creation of the XLSX report. This seems to solve a few XLSX issues previously discussed on FocalPoint. Search for EXCELSERVURL and you will find several posts. The default EXCELSERVURL value is set from the Client Administration Console, you override it by setting it to blank.

Francis, they call you an Expert for a reason! Thank you Sir, I was able to globally set our Excel Server URL to 'Reporting Server JSCOM' and it corrected the issue across the board. There wasn't an option to leave it blank in 8201M, so thankfully this worked just as well!

I appreciate the feedback.

As a note, Excel Server URL has to be set to 'Reporting Server JSCOM' to have AHTML report working when using the "Export to Excel" feature with version 8201M.

I am curious as to why there are other options, since we always seem to have to change it from the default.
