Is there a way that I can pass the email address field from the report to Report Caster address book's burst value and address columns.

There is not a way to "pass" them from the report, but I would point you to the documentation about using a dynamic distribution list. In a nutshell, this creates an address list for bursting on the fly. You would basically create a procedure to replicate the way you retrieve the email addresses in your report and format the results according to the requirement for Caster (as documented). Then you can just use this procedure to dynamically produce the same distribution list as your report would produce.
