Hi All,
We have 13 columns in the table ,we need to show in the PPT format.
When I show in the PPT format,13 th column is going into another slide .
Is there any way to put in the single slide irrespective of columns in the table.

Thanks,
Raghu

I would recommend using custome styleing or reduce the column size for couple of columns. or reduce the fontsize.

ON TABLE SET STYLE *
UNITS=IN,
PAGESIZE='Letter',
LEFTMARGIN=0.055556,
RIGHTMARGIN=0.055556,
TOPMARGIN=0.041667,
BOTTOMMARGIN=0.041667,
SQUEEZE=0.513889,
ORIENTATION=LANDSCAPE,
$

TYPE=DATA,
COLUMN=N4,
FONT='ARIAL',
SIZE=8,
STYLE=NORMAL,
$

Reduce the margins, reduce with spacing between columns, set SQUEEZE on, in addition to the already-mentioned font size, column size, and wrapping. It's a simple issue of having too much information for the page size being used. Same thing happens for a PDF report.
