What is the maximum length a focexec name can be and where is this in the documentation?

With some testing I found the limit is 64 characters. Still, I'd like to know where this is in the documnetation.

This information can be found in the Developing Reporting Applications manual, under Defining and Allocating WebFOCUS files / Application Files Under Windows / Procedures Under Windows.

The limit may also be related to your OS.

Also the FOCUS catalogs only support up to 64 characters.

So for the OS, the maximum length of your file names depends on the path they're in (on the host file-system).

So the maximum length for your file names is either 64 characters (limited by WebFOCUS), or less if the path to your files is longer than 196 characters (limited by Windows).
