I have to display below columns in the report and based on column name I need to add a heading on top of the column names. What is the best way to achieve this design. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Report Mockup:

Spread Performance Business Value KPI

Spread Forecast Diff PYEH Diff from PYEH Start Terms
12 10 2 13 1 2 1

RaviD,
Remember to use the code tag
</>

Spread Performance Business Value KPI

Spread Forecast Diff PYEH Diff from PYEH Start Terms
    12       10    2   13              1     2     1

to have sample properly aligned.

Why would you
quote:
based on column name I need to add a heading on top of the column names
?

If your displayed column's may change, you should have something (a selection made by the user per example) to have them changed, use the same trigger/selection to select and display the corresponding heading.

The question is how we can group the columns (then i need to provide heading on top of column titles) based on column title? I am not clear on your first reply?

Something like this?

TABLE FILE CAR
	SUM SALES		AS 'Sales'
		MIN.SEATS 	AS 'MN Seats'
		MAX.SEATS	AS 'MX Seats'
		CNT.DST.CAR AS 'Cars'
	BY	COUNTRY
HEADING
"countries<+0>Sales stuff<+0>Seats stuff<+0>Cars"
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT HTML
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
TYPE=HEADING,
     HEADALIGN=BODY,
$
TYPE=HEADING,
     LINE=1,OBJECT=TEXT,ITEM=2,COLSPAN=1,
$
TYPE=HEADING,

Do you want to make groupings of columns and put a heading above the grouping?
