Hi,
I have to display message "No Data Found" for the report where there is no record present but "Report Header" and "Column Title" are coming properly

Any solutions if you folks have would be appreciated.

Thanks
Neha

You can test on the amper vaule &RECORDS and based on the result 0 jump to a label in the fex and then display "No Records Found".

How this exactly should be done depends on the overall process you run.
You can do the test after each hold procedure.

Search here on the &RECORDS and you will find several examples.

Depending on your report request, you may need to actually test for &LINES instead of &RECORDS

I have run into the problem Rick refers to, especially with WHERE TOTAL, where &RECORDS contains a value but &LINES is 0. I'm trying to move myself into using &LINES most of the time but old habits disappear slowly. I also find it useful in my "No Records" report to list all parameters used in the footing. This lets the user know recheck to see if they used the intended parameters when they got no records returned.

Darin
