Anyone on FP noticed this odd behaviour with the double list box?

I call it a "prison stripe" effect!

Select several values from left list box, use the "move right" button to move them to right list box.

Select several values from right list box, use the "move down" button to move them down. You can keep clicking the "move down" button to move them down, until they get to the bottom of the right list box. They then do not get moved any further.

Select several values from right list box, use the "move up" button to move them up. You can keep clicking the "move up" button to move them up, they keep getting moved, even after they get to the top of the right list box. They then get pushed to the bottom of the listbox, you can keep clicking the "move up" button to move them forever. Except that they now intersperse with the non-selected values!
