I'm trying to simplify my problem here... Suppose I have a single dashboard (made up of several fexes) that should be visible on two portals. How do I make it so that both portals reference the same dashboard without having to duplicate the fexes or dashboard? Please note that my problem is larger than this (many dashboads over many portals) so I would rather not just copy/design the same dashboard onto multiple portals.
I'm sure this has been asked, but I didn't find it here.
Also, I'm new to WebFOCUS and I'm trying to learn how to administer the security. I have taken a course, but I don't recall talking about this. I am in process of reviewing the ~300 page course material though.
