Trying to create an active HTML report for the first time. My report has two BY fields and one ACROSS. The ACROSS column titles are fine, but there is also a secondary column title for the count in each across: column1, column2, column3,column4. Is there a way I can get rid of those? The report settings are "Accordion", DEFAULT user.
Also, there is a row in between each of the second BY values. Can this be compressed?

TABLE FILE ACCOUNT
SUM
CNT.ACCT_ID/I8C AS ''
BY HIGHEST OPN_DT AS 'Open Date'
BY PROMO_CDE AS 'Promo Code'
ACROSS LOWEST CHANNEL AS 'Channel' ACROSS-TOTAL
ON OPN_DT SUBTOTAL AS 'Total for: '

thanks
BobV

Hi BobV

This is a friendly followup regarding your question on AHTML and column titles.

Since it looks like other members have not replied, please review the following documentation on Active reports.

Ref.: Active Technologies User's Guide
http://ecl.informationbuilders....jsp?DN=4501006.1014
Appendix C Defining Custom Styles for an Active Technologies Report

Also, for your interest - Customizing Active Report style is done by modifying the irpcggu.js file
using the Active classes.

Here is a link from IBI TechSupport knowledge base at: Tech Support Center 24/7

How to change titles with ACROSS in Active HTML report

There is a New Feature Request in the Product Division for:

NFR AHTML with ACROSS single verb object title change

When generating Active Reports that utilize ACROSS and a single
verb object, the same fieldname (or title if given) for the
column should be optional to display.

If you would like to be notified of this NFR becoming available in a future release please open a case at
the same link above - IBI TechSupport - and ask to be attached to the New Feature stating - NFR : AHTML with ACROSS single verb object title change.

Thank you for participating in the Focal Point Forum.

Kindest regards,
