I am working in a dashboard and I tried to add a drop-down and I can't seem to figure out how to allow for multiple values to be selected. I am wanting the user to select multiple terms, and it seems there is no way to say that there can be multi-selection on a drop down, list box, etc. ( I did, however, see that you can add multi-select to an automatic prompt -- that is not what I am looking for -- I really don't like the way the automatic prompt looks and would like to have a nice & styled drop down menu)

Hi Krhapner,

You can apply multi select option in InfoAssist Dashboard. At the time of applying the filter, on that filter pop-up, there is a button 'Allow Multiple Value for Prompt' . Select that button and run report. After that you can select multiple value.

I am hoping that this will help you.

Thanks!
