Why is the Last Accessed By property for a resource populated but the Last Modified By property blank? Which is more important to know?

Hi,
Is there any resolution to this case? We are seeing the same symptoms.
WF Server and Client 8009 on a Windows server using SQL Server for repository.

I'd say this is one of the least of our worries. I opened this and a dozen other cases before I gave up and stopped. Everything you find wrong in this version is fixed is a future version and the case is closed. The Future Is Brighter.

This might be fixed in 8.0.09, or 8.1.03 or 8.2... none of which I can verify.
