Hi, We would like to integrate webfocus dashboard as part of our J2EE application. So, we have embedded the dashboard URL within iFrame Tag inside JSP.
We are able to get Webfocus dashboard. But, when we try to run the report, we encounter JavaScript error "access denied".
Has anybody tried this before?

I would like to how else we can embed dashboard within J2EE (not portal) application?

Dharma

I have an application (CRM) that has some IFrames with specific reports from Webfocus. These work great and from those reports I can drill down to whatever report I like. The only thing I did is always send the new reports to new windows.

I can imagine there might however also be some user rights issues.

BTW what version and applications are you using?

How about updating your signature?

Dharma, is dashboard on the same Web server as the J2EE application, if not this could cause security issues, if dashboard tries to reference a parent frame like TOP.
