Hi,

Our infoassist splash page has the 'build a report, 'build a chart' and 'close application' available. The other options (such as 'change default options') are grayed out. Can anyone guide me on how to ungray this? In the Administration Console Infoassist Properties I have ticked 'allow user override' next to splash screen and cleared the cache.

How are you launching InfoAssist. Are you using the personal edition that you launch via URL at http://host/ibi_apps/myia or are you in Dashboard. If in Dashboard are you launching it from a Reporting Object?

That is the expected behavior. Those options are ony available when launching IA in full.

Do you ever allow user's to do that? What other option are you trying to have them access?
