The usual problem for FOC205 is the APP path does not include the directory with the master file HISTORICAL_VOL_RPT

Run the following command from the console, a new fex in dev studio or the adhoc web page -

WHENCE HISTORICAL_VOL_RPT MASTER

If you get no results then the synonym is not in your path, so find it and add the app folder to your path statement or add APP PREPENDPATH [appfolder] to the top of your fex.

You may have to do a filedef to the ftm file historical_vol_rpt

FILEDEF XXX DISK XXXXX/XXX.FTM
I just had this situation and that was how I solved it.

Good luck.
