I am trying to increase the length of the output for the following: EMGPUT(1500,3,&logStr.LENGTH,&logStr,0,'',0,'',256,'A256');.

I need to modify it to allow and Input of 4050 and an output of 2500. I have tried these changes and nothing is displayed. I also looked for any documentation for this function and did not see anything.

I am currently on WF 8.1.05M

Haven't seen EMGPUT before.

What does it do ?

Is may be considered an internal function and won't be documented.

There seems to be many uses in srv8x/home/etc/app_templates/*

Check the fexes in there.

If you can't get it to work, ask TechSupport.

I believe this was part of the original code for MAGNIFY. At one point the relevant focus code resided in one of apps under IBISAMP.
