Hello,

I am facing an issue while login to application based on webfocus. I am wondering some of the users are able to login without any issues except few. Can anyone help me to find out the reason of getting this error " Security Violation Invalid Credentials".? In which all possible scenarios we get this error?

Thanks,

MRA will not gives you any error except when user will try to logon such as maybe the one you've got. The only thing you can do it's to ensure that the information match.

But also look in that post, maybe you're talking about the same thing...
