Hi Navaneeth,
Yes. There is a package. Not sure what they call it these days, (FRL, FML) but check with your sales person at the branch.

FML should be included anyway. I would suggest there is no separate licence for it.

Navaneeth,
It is not a package as such. There is a special command called FOR, which enables the creation of Financial type reports. For instance you can do some inter-row calculations.
There was a time in M/F Focus when there was some extra payment but I don't think there still is.
Just look in the manual for the FOR command.

FML has been incorporated as part of the regular code base and is not separately licensed. Dev Studio includes a GUI painter once a FOR field has been referenced (accessible via the Matrix tab.)

May I add that is has been very useful to us and for knowing just a little more, you can do a LOT more. Documentation is pretty complete on Creating Financial Reports.
The KEY is to get your hierarchy set up properly. Good Luck with it.

Darin

Other names of FML...

  • SML
  • FML
  • FMR
  • EMR

Seems to change every couple of releases.

But the core has not changed, the FOR command.
