A possible reason:

This error is usually caused by the Managed Reporting (MR) session expiring, or if a domain does not exist for the user logging into the BI Dashboard.

In this case there were no domains allocated for BI Dashboard thus resulting in the 19301 error.

Verifying the correct MR domains exist and recycling the Web server and Application Server should resolved this issue.

There is also a suggestion to reload the webfocus web app.

Hope this helps

Yeah, I got that from the knowledge base as well. Thing is we recycled the WEB server and APP server and I am still not able to get into MRE correctly.

Everything was fine until last friday about 3:00, then whammo....and I far as I can tell I am the only one affected. None of my users have this problem (or none have rported it), and I can sign on as an alternate user with no problem.

Anyone?
