[SOLVED] Checkbox output in Fex

I am looking to add checkboxes to html output from a fex. I've searched the forum and found examples but none of them seem to work, they only print the actual html code (ie 
   <input type="checkbox" name=....
) in the output and not the actual checkbox control.

Am I missing something, is there a setting in the admin console that I am not aware of?

Adding checkbox's are not done from a fex. If a fex has a parameter in it when you add the fex to the html form a popup box will be displayed and you can choose to add a checkbox as the object used by that parameter.

Thanks for the feedback. Is this a new change? I know in the past you were able to add checkboxes to fex outputs via a compute/define.

Correct. And so this solution does not work for me. It just prints the html code and does not display and actual checkbox.

I'm on WebFOCUS 8201M / Windows

Good to know. It's definitely worked in past versions as well. I'm wondering if its a bug in 8201M or I have some setting that is causing the issue.

I hope it works for my drop down list issue in 8204. They are now showing something that looks like it could be the ENCODED text, , from HTMLENCODE being set to ON.
