Hi all, hopefully someone can help me with this.

I have a graph and a table that I am showing on one page with no problem. The report requires an output to PDF option. I have created a compound report using Composer and I am able to get both the graph and table to show in PDF format. The problem is that it is a rather wide table (many columns). The columns are overlapping each other in the PDF report and I am constrained in that I can not use a paper size greater than landscape. Making the font smaller will only work to a certain point and then it becomes too small to be worth printing.

Thanks,
Cody

Wrap the long text columns.

The example I created here may not be the most representative of what I am doing. The report I need to create is actually mostly numeric data with short or wrapped column titles. It is just the quantity of columns that is forcing things to be so wide.

Cody,

Maybe you can play a little with the setting PAGESIZE in combination with font-size:

TABLE FILE CAR
PRINT * * *
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT PDF
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
TYPE=REPORT,SIZE=8 ,$
TYPE=REPORT, PAGESIZE=A0 ,$
ENDSTYLE
END
