Yes, it's true - our beloved Noreen Redden (as if I even needed to mention her last name) will be retiring from Information Builders this week. I know that she has met and worked with many of you through Summit and User Forums (where her name on the agenda always meant a good turnout). She's also shared her knowledge on this forum on multiple occasions.

I, personally, want to thank Noreen for her assistance and mentoring throughout the years I've known her.

Please feel free to leave Noreen a message, and if you have a good Noreen story, please leave that as well.

Bon Voyage Noreen! We'll miss you! Please stop in once in a while and say 'hi'!

With sincerest regards,

Kathryn

Thank you for everything that you gave us to make our work with WF so rewarding. Especially "McGuyver"!!!
If you come to our part of the world, please look us up.

Oh Noreen,

How can you do this to us. Just the fact that you were there; how would Noreen do this?

For 28 years I have had a pillar of support for when my brain was fried, when I could get the simple explanations of complex problems.

I will miss your 'omniscient presence', but wishing you a very happy time in the future.

Thank you and take care,
Alan Bell.

Noreen,

You will be greatly missed. I guess no more coffee and smokes after a late session at user meetings.

Noreen,

Just like Angus MacGyver, you have assisted us with solving complex problems with everyday materials found at hand: duct tape, a Swiss Army knife, and a well-worn FOCUS manual.

I am especially appreciative of the wonderful job you did in the Education division, setting up great learning tools for us ‘Padawans’.

Best wishes for continued success in your retirement,
Dave

It would be great if you could still continue to show up as a guest speaker at Summit every year.

All the best to you, Noreen! Remembering the old days and training sessions at 1250 Broadway and, of course, the fun, fun, FUN times at FUSE. Thank you for your wisdom and humor.

Dear Noreen,
You will be missed! I and my fellow FOCUS coders at Wheaton College (MA) always looked forward to your presentations at FUN. When I can't figure out how to do something in WebFOCUS, if I can't find easily locate the answer in the manuals or on the IBI website, I always go back through my printouts of your powerpoint presentations. It's amazing how often the answer I am looking for is right there.

You are most deserving of an honorary title ... FocWizard Emerita.
