I am having problems with a drill to another report from a report casted (emailed) report.

After looking at a bunch of post regarding this I have added the following line to the top of the report that is being emailed...

SET FOCEXURL = http://myserver/ibi_apps/WFServlet - where myserver is our server path

I know my problem is that we are a MRE shop and all the reports we use are run through it, So I am not sure where to place the report that it is trying to drill to in order to be seen outside of MRE. I tried publishing the report and then replacing the focexec=app/reportname with focexec=publishedname and this did not work.

What directory on the server do these fex's have to exist for the WFServlet to see it (i.e. WebFOCUS76\ibi_html) or do you even place them somewhere else?

Thanks.

Sure.

I ended up draging and droping the FEX out of Dev Studio into the apps/baseapp directory on our IBI server.

Once that was there, I was able to reference the fex name by using the SET FOCEXURL = http://myserver/ibi_apps/WFServlet - where myserver is our server path
and also removing the app/ in front of the fex name after the focexec command.

Seems to be working fine now.
