Do we have any feature in webfocus where we can dynamically change the Column Width displayed in browser.

The follwoing piece is not working because it squeeze=(number), only supported in PDF format.
TYPE=REPORT, COLUMN=DISCHARGE PORT, SQUEEZE=1, $

WRAP may be what you need.
