My client recently upgraded to WF 7.69. We have a launch page with fexes which run in the background to populate the control dropdowns.

Now when we try to bring up this launch page in design mode, it just hangs there and does not
want to populate the drop downs. I have deleted the controls and recreated them, but it still hangs.

Does anyone know if there is a hotfix that I might need to apply for this to work?

Hi Tom,

You can try moving to the latest hotfix. If that does not help, then you may want to open a case with Information Builders' Customer Support Services to figure out whats wrong. Please either call at 1-800-736-6130, or access online at InfoResponse.
