I need to send a TABT file to Report Library. I have the fex created and job set up but when I click the link to the report, it displays the text within a browser window rather than prompting to save as a text (.txt).

Also, if anyone knows how to create a dynamic email message in report caster, that would be great.

Regarding your second inquiry about creating dynamic email messages in ReportCaster, there doesn't seem to be a way to do this, not even with the ReportCaster API. You can create dynamic distribution lists, but that's not what you're trying to accomplish.
